Services
Individual therapy for women navigating life's transitions.
I offer virtual, individual therapy for women throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself during times of change. Whether you're navigating a major life transition or simply feeling disconnected from the person you once were, our work can help you explore what you're experiencing and move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and connection.
Areas of Support
I work with women experiencing a wide range of life experiences and transitions, including:
Anxiety and feeling overwhelmed
Divorce and relationship changes
Motherhood and the transition into or through motherhood
Major life transitions and periods of uncertainty
Exploring identity and sense of self
Reconnecting with yourself after years of putting others first
Processing and reconciling difficult past experiences
Self-worth and self-trust
Life changes that leave you questioning what comes next
You don't need to have a specific diagnosis or a perfectly defined reason for seeking therapy. Sometimes, you simply know that something feels different, difficult, or no longer sustainable. That can be enough of a place to begin.
My Approach
My work is grounded in the therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful therapy requires a space where you feel safe, seen, heard, and accepted without judgment.
Together, we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while developing a deeper understanding of your needs, values, and inner voice. My approach incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral strategies, and other approaches based on what feels most helpful for you.
Virtual Therapy
All sessions are provided virtually, allowing you to participate in telehealth therapy from a private, comfortable space that works for you.
I currently provide virtual individual therapy to clients located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, consistent with applicable licensure and telehealth requirements.
Payment & Insurance
I provide therapy on a private-pay basis and do not participate directly with insurance plans.
Choosing not to participate with insurance allows us to keep the therapeutic process centered on you and your goals, rather than on the requirements of an insurance company. Insurance-based care can involve a mental health diagnosis and documentation of medical necessity, as well as requirements for ongoing review or justification of treatment depending on the plan.
For some clients, these requirements can feel limiting or may not align with the kind of personal, exploratory work they are seeking in therapy. Private-pay therapy allows greater flexibility to focus on your individual goals, experiences, and pace.
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, and I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits before beginning therapy.
Ready to Begin?
If you're considering therapy and wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before contacting me. We can start with a conversation about what is bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels right.
