About

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I believe that therapy begins with a genuine human connection. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, with a deep sense of curiosity about the experiences that have shaped who you are. I work with women navigating the many changes that life can bring, whether that means working through a divorce or relationship change, exploring your identity, making sense of your past, or finding your way through a season of uncertainty. Sometimes, you simply know that the life you're living no longer feels quite like your own—and you're ready to reconnect with yourself.

I believe our past experiences can continue to influence how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the choices we make. Therapy offers an opportunity to gently explore those experiences, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and consider what you want your life to look and feel like moving forward. You don't need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can start wherever you are and create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to be curious about yourself without judgment. Whether you're moving through a difficult transition, reconciling your past, questioning what comes next, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin again. You don't have to navigate the next chapter alone.
